This is the best BBQ gadget on the planet! It's an African invention. Named Cobb because dried corn cobs are fantastic fuel for BBQs. We're using a mixture of kindling from the bush and an Eco compressed coconut husk block which gives heat for 2 - 2.5hrs. The husks are almost smokeless. Can also use other fuels and very easy to clean. Also used as a smoker. Has a dome top for roasting. Can be put in the middle of a table as the outside stays absolutely cool.
This meal consisted of pork belly marinated in coke and smashed and roasted coriander seeds. Superb. Accompanied by a warm veg and apple salad and spuds done in foil in the Cobb. YUM.
